Vendor applications are officially OPEN for the 2026 Teton County Fair—and we can’t wait to welcome you to the Fairgrounds!
Each year, the Teton County Fair brings together thousands of community members and visitors for days of food, fun, entertainment, and unforgettable experiences. We’re now accepting applications from food and non-food vendors, as well as night event concessionaires, who want to be part of the excitement.

Applications must be submitted online by April 1, 2026. Incomplete or late applications may not be considered.

Vendor FAQs
Who can apply to be a vendor?
Food and non-food vendors, as well as concessionaires interested in serving at night events, are encouraged to apply.
Where will vendors be located?
Food and non-food vendors will be set up on the grassy arena. Night event concessions will operate inside the Rodeo Arena during evening concerts and special events.
How are vendors selected?
Applications are reviewed by the Teton County Fair Vendor Committee and the Teton County Fair Board based on product type, variety, space availability, and overall fit with the Fair. Submitting early is encouraged.
Is space limited?
Yes. Vendor space is limited, and not all applicants may be accepted.
When will vendors be notified?
Applicants will be notified on April 17, 2026.
