FEE SCHEDULE
Effective 1/14/08: Teton County Fair Board Fees and General Information
Fairgrounds - 23 acres total (includes south side of Snow King Avenue); 18 acres on north side (includes Town property)

Arena Seating Capacity - 2,166
All user groups must pay for their electricity - meters will be read before and after use.
All local user groups will pay a $250 damage/security deposit and all other user groups will pay a $750 damage/security deposit. Events that have more than 500 spectators will be charged $440 per day for on-site cleaning staff, up to the discretion of the Fair Manager. User groups must provide proof of insurance.

There are approximately 44 tables and 259 chairs in the south bully barn for rentals.

All user groups will pay a $250 damage/security deposit.
If amplified music is going to be played, a $500 noise deposit and a Noise Permit from the Town of Jackson is required. All user groups must provide proof of insurance. Insurance can be purchased through Haas and Wilkerson. The normal fee is $92.00. Liquor liability insurance starts at $625.
NON-PROFIT GROUPS - $75/DAY
PRIVATE PARTY (wedding reception, birthday party, baptism, etc.) - $150/DAY
FOR PROFIT GROUPS WITH PART OF THE PROCEEDS DONATED TO A NON-PROFIT GROUP - $300/DAY
FOR PROFIT GROUPS - $500/DAY
USE OF KITCHEN - $125/DAY FOR EVERYONE IN ADDITION TO RENTAL FEE
ADDITIONAL DAYS FOR SET-UP OR CLEAN-UP - HALF PRICE (per day)
Fees and Rules For Heritage Arena -
All rentals are up to the discretion of the Fair Manager and Fair Board.
In the event of a dispute, the user has the right to meet with the Fair Board.
If the arena is not reserved, Open Riding is available. Call the Fair Office for exact times.
Event users having used the Heritage Arena will be allowed to reserve their date for the following year 12 months in advance. Any dates not reserved will be released to other users. A deposit will be due upon reserving the Arena. If a cancellation should occur after the deposit is paid, the deposit will be forfeited.
Event users must provide for clean-up and trash removal, includiing dumpsters, during and after their event, or it will be provided for them and they will be responsible for all costs. Multiple day events will be charged $440 per day for on-site cleaning staff, up to the discretion of the Fair Manager.
Hourly users will be on a first come first serve basis. Reservations will be accepted no more than 10 months in advance. Hourly users may be asked to reschedule if an event needs to be scheduled during their time. There will be a 48-hour prior to cancellation period. If cancellation occurs after that time, the hourly person/group will be charged the total fee due for that period. The exception to this rule would be Sunday users, they must cancel Friday by noon or be charged.
No dogs allowed in Heritage Arena, except for approved uses.
$10/hour - Pin number for radiant heat above bleachers or lights may be purchased at the Fair Office during business hours or at Shervin's Independent Oil after hours.
$15/night/$5/day per stall - Long term rentals (over one week)$10/night per stall

Concession/Kitchen - $50/day
4-H and High School Rodeo - Free (except for lights and radiant heat)
Non-exclusive use of the arena when not reserved - Free
Teton County User Groups or Non-Profits without stock - $25/hour, maximum $350/day
Teton County User Groups or Non-Profits w/stock - $40/hour, maximum $350/day
For Profit Users - $60/hour - maximum of $700/day
For Profit Events - minimum $700/day + $1/ticket (if paid admittance)
Non-Agricultural Commercial Users - $1500/day (includes lights, tables, and chairs) (on a case by case basis pending Fair Board approval and must not adversely affect local store front businesses and must provide benefits to the Fair Board's cash flow)
Barrel Races - $1/run, including time onlys
Any renter who is delinquent two months will not be allowed to reserve and/or rent the Heritage Arena until their bill is paid in full, plus a finance charge of 10%.
