FEE SCHEDULE

Effective 4/11/2011: Teton County Fair Board Fees and General Information

Fairgrounds - 23 acres total (includes south side of Snow King Avenue); 18 acres on north side (includes Town property)
Same day reservations will not be taken for grounds rentals.
If the grounds are reserved for a use, please do not attempt to use them, even if they appear to be empty.
Exclusive uses require a reservation.
The arenas will be groomed and watered, as needed, at the beginning of the work day. If any additional drags are requested
and staff is available, the user must pay for it. Tractor/driver times will be charged $80/hour (pro-rated for use, $20 minimum).
Additional drags must be scheduled and may be on the renter's time.The Teton County Fair Board's equipment may only be
used by individuals covered by Fair Board insurance.
Violators of any fairgrounds rules may lose their use privileges.

All user groups must pay for their electricity - meters will be read before and after use.
All local user groups will pay a $250 damage/security deposit and all other user groups will pay a $750 damage/security deposit.
Events that have more than 500 spectators will be charged $440 per day for on-site cleaning staff, up to the discretion of the Fair Manager.
User groups must provide proof of insurance.

NON-EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE ARENA WHEN NOT RESERVED - NO CHARGE
NON-EXCLUSIVE COMMERCIAL USE - LESSONS ($10/HOUR WITH CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE). THIS ALLOWS OTHERS TO USE THE ARENA.
EXCLUSIVE COMMERCIAL USE - LESSONS ($20/HOUR WITH CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE).
EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE USE - $5/HOUR. The rodeo contractor's preparation of stock is an exclusion.
There are some usages which have to be exclusive by nature of the use, because no one else can safely use the arena - barrels, poles, roping.

AND NON-PROFIT GROUPS - NO CHARGE

Grassy Arena -
All local user groups will pay a $250 damage/security deposit and all other user groups will pay a $750 damage/security deposit.

All user groups will pay a $250 damage/security deposit.
If amplified music is going to be played, a $500 noise deposit and a Noise Permit from the Town of Jackson is required.
All user groups must provide proof of insurance. Insurance can be purchased through Haas and Wilkerson. The normal fee is $100.00.
Liquor liability insurance starts at $625.

NON-PROFIT GROUPS - $75/DAY

PRIVATE PARTY (wedding reception, birthday party, baptism, etc.) - $150/DAY

FOR PROFIT GROUPS WITH PART OF THE PROCEEDS DONATED TO A NON-PROFIT GROUP - $300/DAY

FOR PROFIT GROUPS - $500/DAY

USE OF KITCHEN - $125/DAY FOR EVERYONE IN ADDITION TO RENTAL FEE

ADDITIONAL DAYS FOR SET-UP OR CLEAN-UP - HALF PRICE (per day)

Fees and Rules For Heritage Arena -

All rentals are up to the discretion of the Fair Manager and Fair Board. In the event of a dispute, the user has the right to meet with the Fair Board.

Event users having used the Heritage Arena will be allowed to reserve their date for the following year 12 months in advance. Any dates not reserved will be released to other users. A deposit will be due upon reserving the Arena. If a cancellation should occur after the deposit is paid, the deposit will be forfeited.

Event users must provide for clean-up and trash removal, including dumpsters, during and after their event, or it will be provided for them and they will be responsible for all costs. Large events (100 or more contestants) or if food or drink concessions are on site will be charged $440 per day for on-site cleaning staff, up to the discretion of the Fair Manager.

Hourly users will be on a first come first serve basis. Reservations will be accepted no more than 10 months in advance. Hourly users may be asked to reschedule if an event needs to be scheduled during their time. There will be a 48-hour prior to cancellation period. If cancellation occurs after that time, the hourly person/group will be charged the total fee due for that period. The exception to this rule would be Sunday users, they must cancel Friday by noon or be charged. Same day reservations are not accepted.

If the Heritage Arena is reserved for a use, please do not attempt to use it, even if it appears to be empty. No props (barrels, poles, cones, jumps, lunge lines, etc.)
are allowed in the Heritage Arena without the approval of all others during Open Riding or unreserved times.

Horse may not be left unattended in the Heritage Arena building.

People may be working inthe Heritage Arena building at any time.

No dogs allowed in Heritage Arena, except for approved uses. If you are caught with your dog in the Heritage Arena, you may lose your riding privileges.

Please dump all manure from trailers into the designated concrete barrier on the northeast side of the Heritage Arena. Anyone caught dumping manure on the fairgrounds other than in the designated spot may lose their riding privileges.

$10/hour - Tokens for lights may be purchased at the Fair Office during business hours or at Shervin's Independent Oil and J.H. Feed and Pet Supply after hours. If you are caught using tokens other than those sold by the Teton County Fair, you will be turned over to the authorities.

$15/night/$5/day per stall - Long term rentals(over one week)$10/night per stall. Stalls must be reserved through the Fair Office and paid with a credit card upon reserving.

Deposit required of user groups - $750
Any renter wishing to use the sound system must pay a $500 deposit.

4-H and High School Rodeo - Free (except for lights)

Non-exclusive use of the arena when not reserved - Free

Individuals, Teton County User Groups or Non-Profits without stock - $25/hour, maximum $350/day

Individuals, Teton County User Groups or Non-Profits with dummy roping devices (must reserve Arena) - $25/hour of use, plus an hourly charge of $80 to drag Arena after use (2hour minimum contiguous block)

Non-Exclusive Commercial Use - Lessons ($20/hour with certificate of insurance- 1 million dollars with Teton County Fair Board named as additional insured). This allows others to use the arena.

Barrel Races - $1/run, including time onlys

Any renter who is delinquent two months will not be allowed to reserve and/or rent the Heritage Arena until their bill is paid in full, plus a finance charge of 10%.

Violators of any Heritage Arena rules may lose their use privileges.
